Synopsis

Bart's treehouse gets condemned when the Simpson backyard tree develops stump rot, and it's up to Bart and Milhouse to stand in the way of the bulldozers until someone can find a way to save the tree. Then, Bart and Marge have a standoff over Bart's television privileges, and Bart will go to extremely smelly lengths to win. And imagine what it would be like if Maggie were the mayor of Springfield. 1. Bart Gets Stumped (written by Clay and Susan Griffith); Bart's tree house gets condemned, and here come the bulldozers! 2. Mayor Maggie (written by Tom Peyer); Maggie becomes mayor. Will she expand the city's pacifier budget? 3. Stink & Stinkability (written by James Bates); If Bart doesn't "clean up" his act, no TV for him. How long will he hold out? 4. Bart's People (letters and fan art)
